This is now the 7th Shilajit brand I have used, and you can notice the superior quality. The taste isn’t the best, and is what you would expect from a Shilajit product, but the resin is thick, definitely the hallmark of pure Shilajit. I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, and have noticed better energy levels, not experiencing any crashes throughout the day, and overall feeling much better! The packaging of this product is high quality, and it comes with a spoon to appropriately measure each serving, along with a certificate showing the purity levels. Overall, I am impressed with this GoodLiving Shilajit, and I think I will be sticking with this brand going forward.

I do see a good deal of additional energy with this brand of shilajit. My issue with this is that it’s a little difficult to mix with water and I don’t want to drink hot water, so I’ll need to try other ways to in-jest it. You can tell it’s high quality when you see the dark black color and thick texture. It’s about on par value wise with other shilajit products but I’ve seen others that were much more expensive. Overall, I do really like the additional energy this gives me and will continue using it!

I usually import my shilajit from a friend who spends time in the Hindu Kush mountains… yeah I know weird flex. But my point is I actually know what REAL shilajit should taste, look, feel like. This stuff probably isn’t as good as the $1200 kilo stuff we import, but for the price? I was really surprised. xcellent product. Beautiful packaging, lovely little gold spoon I use all the time. I got it on a sale so for what I paid? I immediately got 2 more just for my personal arsenal.

My Fiance likes to try products that will help nutrient absorption needs for her body, like energy, cell repair, etc. This little jar is well sealed so you know that it is good quality and will last. A little hard to take the plastic seal off each time she wants to use it. They have also included a little spoon to measure only what you need. She put it in her hot coffee and it took some time to dissolve. It has a deep taste to it that is hard for her to explain. She is excited to try this and see how it helps.
